By using the Website, purchasing any product, enrolling in any Academy masterclass or programme, or becoming a Member, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website or Services.
The Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

Business and Interiors Ltd specializes in providing membership services, Academy masterclasses, educational programmes, digital resources, mentoring and networking tailored to professionals in the interior design sector.

Access to our website is granted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services or material we provide on our website without notice.

MEMBERSHIP AND ACADEMY TERMS
Membership
Membership to our Website provides access to all workshops, videos, events and other content specified as Member content. This membership automatically renews monthly or annually on the anniversary date of the initial purchase until cancelled by the user. It is the member’s responsibility to track their renewal date.
- Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. However, members can cancel their membership at any time to avoid future charges.
- Annual membership fees can be refunded within three working days after the renewal date, less a £50 administrative charge. To avoid this fee and prevent automatic renewal, members should cancel their membership before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for renewal fees after this period.
- Discounts and promotional offers apply solely to the first term. Subsequent renewals will occur at the standard membership rate.
- The Company reserves the right to increase membership fees for any subsequent period. Any such changes will be communicated to members before the current membership period ends.
- If you have a Lifetime Membership, you’ll have access to all member content for life without any additional monthly or yearly fees.
Academy
Masterclass bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once confirmation or access details are issued. We may make reasonable changes to masterclass content, speakers, timing, format or venue where necessary.
We may cancel or reschedule a masterclass for operational, legal or force majeure reasons. Where we cancel a masterclass, you will be offered a transfer or refund.
If you wish to cancel a masterclass booking, you must notify us in writing at info@businessamdinteriors.com.
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a transfer, at our discretion.
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the start date are non-refundable.
If you fail to attend a booked masterclass, no refund will be provided.
You must behave respectfully during live masterclasses, events and community spaces. We may restrict or terminate access without refund where conduct is disruptive, unlawful or damaging.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY
Upon registering on our website, you will be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of our website that all the information you provide on the website is correct, current, and complete. You agree to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
